Recipe: Lee Kum Kee Menu-Oriented Sauces Blogger Competition "3dishes+1soup" Part 2


Hello everyone, here to share with everyone the recipe for my second dish - Korean Minced Pork with Silken Tofu and assorted Vegetables.

Ingredients:
Lee Kum Kee Korean Marinade 
Minced Pork Meat (you can change to chicken or beef even)
1 piece Silken Tofu, sliced
Vegetables of your choice (I happened to have some canned pineapples, cherry tomatoes and frozen vege in my fridge. ^^)

Method:
1. Marinate minced meat with Lee Kum Kee Korean Marinade for 10 minutes.


2. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil, add in marinated minced meat and pan fried till the meat is no longer raw. (about 2 minutes)

3. Add in sliced silken tofu, stir and mix well. 


4. Add in assorted vegetables, stir and mix well. Cover and allow it to cook about 5 minutes. 


5. Dish and plate. 


Korean Minced Pork with Silken Tofu and assorted Vegetables. 

Cooked under 10 minutes. :)
